Bambam Diner is a small open-air ramen spot along the National Highway in San Marcelino. Every bowl starts with a broth we boil for 13–15 hours until it turns rich and creamy — no shortcuts, no powders. Come as you are, slurp loudly, and save room for bingsu.

We started small — a couple of tables, one big pot, and a stubborn belief that Zambales deserved real ramen without the city price tag. The lanterns went up, the neighbors came by, and they kept coming back. These days you'll find families after school runs, tricycle drivers on break, and barkadas splitting a bingsu tower at sunset.
